SHEET / 02 — COURSES

Training to embed SPABER in your team

Choose the format that fits your organization—executive workshops, team cohorts, or on-site programs. Each course turns the six SPABER components into practical tools you can apply immediately to real growth priorities.

COURSES / DELIVERY MODEL

From insight to adoption—without losing rigor

Each course is designed to move teams from shared diagnosis to a usable plan, then into execution habits. You’ll leave with artifacts you can apply immediately—and a cadence to keep the work moving after the training ends.

C-01

Diagnose

Align on context and constraints using Situation Analysis, then isolate the Key Problem worth solving—fast, factual, and shared across stakeholders.

C-02

Design

Translate the diagnosis into Aim & Strategy, including priorities, trade-offs, and success measures—so the plan is clear enough to execute.

C-03

Align

Turn strategy into coherent Branding and messaging choices, ensuring teams can explain what you do, for whom, and why it matters—consistently.

C-04

Execute & improve

Build execution rhythms, ownership, and checkpoints, then Review & Revise with evidence—so progress is visible, decisions are documented, and learning compounds.

COURSES — FAQ

Course questions, answered clearly.

What you’ll cover, how the training runs, and what you can expect to leave with. If you’re unsure which format fits your team, send a note and we’ll recommend the best path.

Q-01

Who are SPABER courses designed for?

SPABER training is built for founders, operators, and strategy leaders who need a repeatable way to plan and execute growth. It’s especially useful when priorities are competing, initiatives are stalling, or you need alignment across teams.

Q-02

What formats do you offer—workshops, cohorts, or on-site?

All three. Choose a focused workshop for rapid alignment, a cohort for guided practice over time, or an on-site program to train a whole team in your context. We’ll recommend a format based on your goals, calendar, and team size.

Q-03

Do we need to know the full SPABER framework beforehand?

No. We teach the framework as we go, then apply it to your real situation. You’ll learn the six components—Situation Analysis, Key Problem, Aim & Strategy, Branding, Execution, and Review & Revise—through structured exercises and examples.

Q-04

What will participants have at the end of the course?

You’ll leave with a documented SPABER plan you can run internally: key inputs and assumptions, a clearly stated problem, strategic aims, brand direction, an execution roadmap, and a review cadence. You’ll also have templates you can reuse for future cycles.

Q-05

How much time does it require from our team?

Most formats are designed to be high-impact without draining calendars. Expect a small set of live sessions plus light between-session work to gather inputs and make decisions. For on-site programs, we’ll set a schedule that fits your operating rhythm.
